Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to request a return

1. Email us at hello@happyfourpaws.store with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll respond within 48 hours with return instructions.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@happyfourpaws.store with a photo of the item. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, certain items such as used grooming tools or opened consumable products cannot be returned.
