At happyfourpaws, every order ships free worldwide. No minimum order required.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery times
Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Europe: 7–15 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
These are estimated timeframes. Occasional delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high-demand periods. happyfourpaws is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package at every step.
